We rent a flat for one of our staff which has now been for 2 years. It is all managed by Frosts and there have been no issues at all. The boiler broke down around 10pm and the plumber they organised came out within 30 minutes to fix it. When they need to check the property a good amount of notice is given so the tenant doesn't have to drop things. So... if you are looking for an agency to manage your property go with Frost's or if you are looking to rent a property then also the same.

Got the job done, surpassing my expectations. found me a flat to my specifications. very professional conduct and communication with amazingly short turnaround times on all of my requests. professional, accurate and timely information. very good experience of the sector and of interacting with me as a customer. Been in the UK for 23 years and also moved around the country quite a bit. The day we decided to put or property in the market, we called three estate agents. First two were very nice while doing the valuation and towards the end wanted us to sign the contract to put up in market without giving us the breathing space to decide and after wards kept calling and pushing again and again to the limit of frustration. On the other hand, Frost's came to our house, been very nice, been very realistic and asked to take our own time to decide when we want to go to market. I didn't receive a single remainder through Phone/email/SMS. This was the very reason, we decided to go with Frost's. After a while, when things changes and we decided not sell the property, but put it on rent. Again, Frost's were very kind and happy to do that without the expectation that we will Let the property through them. Again no reminder, gave us time and space to decide when and what we want to do, very professional. at right time we contacted Frosts so they can Let out property and manage it. Now we are settled in new house and Frost's have been managing our property and helping us with right information to take care of property. We are very much impresses and would very strongly recommend Frost's for either letting or selling you valuable property.

We used Frost’s Estate agents to acquire our new property, which was purchased from a local property developer. From the start, John (the valuations manager) has been professional, showing the highest level of customer service. He kept us informed throughout the process. He was honest and clear from the start with his client expectations.Rochelle (the sales progresser) has also been extremely professional, kind and helpful throughout the process, whilst keeping us up to date at every stage. Frost’s have made the process run like clockwork and I would highly recommend them if you are considering selling your property. If we were to ever sell in the future we would use Frost’s without a doubt.
