FacebookSHARED OWNERSHIP GUYS BEWARE. Was told they have done many properties through hightown and shared ownership WRONG. I could write a book! We lost many potential buyers only then to admit liability was told management would deal with our case/selling of property. A week later passed down to another sales man. Wasted my time/money STRESS. Lies. Being passed onto a sales man to divert all the wrong doings from their side. I did 99% most the work myself chasing hightown and buyers mortgage broker. Whilst they just advertised and blamed everyone else for being slow. Never chased for paperwork. Was told hurry find your property only to find out when we did find out property that out place which was meant to be on its last stages hasnt even started on their first stage. Didnt even have a mip, shared ownership application wasnt even submitted! We even had viewings for ppl who couldnt even buy the property in the first place. Cos the right questions werent asked in the first place. BEWARE!

GoogleWe'd just like to give St Albans Frosts the thumbs up. From the start, the team have been great to deal with. Jack gets a special mention as our property manager, as he has worked so hard to get everything sorted for us, with many issues, including a leaking boiler, black mould and ceiling falling down! He's kept us updated the whole time and been on at our landlord, who isn't the best at coming back! Very responsive and deserves a pat on the back (and a pint when the pubs open again!!)

GoogleI don't quite know what happened with this agency but every time my mum called them to confirm a viewing they would essentially ignore her and kept on cancelling her appointments last minute. For context, she has a thick Bulgarian accent, and I sound very British when I talk - as soon as I called them with the same exact details and everything they confirmed the appointment straight away and didn't cancel. The property was nice but we decided not to rent with them because of this discrimination - how come it takes her 7 times and me just once to get the same result? Unacceptable.

It seems like a viewing was cancelled but that was outside of our control although we do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. GoogleWe've engaged the St Albans branch of Frosts for a couple of moves. We'd had a relatively easy move a few years ago for which we'd used Frost and were very happy with the service. The most recent move however involved some considerable challenges along the way in the conveyancing process, during which Frosts staff were available, responsive and professional and able to assist us in overcome the numerous challenges to keep the sale on track, so I would certainly recommend.
