I rent in a frost property in St Albans since December 2022, the service from the property manager has been really disappointing. I love this area and the place but our property manager is almost non existent. I have to keep calling and chasing up on any issues that I have reported. Finally, when I do get a hold of her its always excuses and still no resolution on my issues raised. Currently, its been over a week that I have no hot water and our electricity keeps cutting off because of a fault in the water heating system. The best she could do was blame her supplier for the delay but when consulting directly with the supplier they are waiting on her for over a week. I really thought I was going to be dealing with a professional property manager.
