GoogleA great professional service from Frosts for the sale of our house in St Albans, particularly Rochelle Collins who managed the sale once a buyer was found, which in our case was part of a chain and became frustrating at times. Rochelle made contact with all the lawyers and agents and kept us and others updated on the progress through to completion.

Google5 stars ⭐️ This would be my first time renting out my property and I must say Oliver has gone through immense efforts to make this run as smoothly as possible for us! We honestly couldn’t ask for much more. He is extremely professional and attentive, rest assured when you leave any query’s with Olly - he always deals with them promptly and with Great attitude. GoogleEstate agents generally have a bad reputation. In my experience, Sarah and the team at Frosts did a huge amount to dispel that stereotype. Their passion and energy for doing a great job made for a stress-free experience. Sarah in particular built strong relationships right through the chain which meant any challenges were all resolved efficiently and quickly. A huge thank you to all at Frosts.

GoogleHave recently moved to St. Albans and found a flat to rent through Frosts - from viewing the flat to moving in, they have been really helpful and responsive making our big move easy. Darcie, in particular, has been great as our main point of contact - explaining everything clearly and not overburdening us with information (like some Estate Agents in the past have!) She has been super friendly and approachable and I have been impressed. I would definitely use Frosts again!

Lucy was absolutely brilliant and gave us so much information on the local area and local schooling information. We were also really impressed with the selection of properties Frosts had available for us to view. All round a great experience.

Neil, Stuart and Sarah were all extremely helpful and professional, delivering what they promised at the start, dealing with hiccups along the chain quickly and efficiently. Sarah in particular ensured that the chain remained intact despite delays caused by our buyer's solicitors and our bank. Highly recommended.
