GoogleWe were looking for somewhere to rent short term and saw a flat through Frosts, via Rightmove we were interested in. From start to finish Frosts were very helpful. Rose Johnson was our main contact and she was very helpful and with her assistance everything went smoothly. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in this area. GoogleMe and my partner just moved to St Albans from Australia a few weeks ago. After scouring all of the agencies in the area finding a property to let, we found the Frosts team to be head and shoulders above the rest. They are an honest, transparent & expert agency who made our house hunt easier than I could have anticipated being new to the country. GoogleWhen we were buying in St Albans, we registered with numerous estate agents, however by far the best, by a very long way, are Frosts. The whole experience with them was exceptional. The team are knowledgeable, go the extra mile, we had absolute confidence and faith in their service. They are totally professional and reliable. GoogleExcellent service from an estate agent who works with you rather than against you. Though there have been some hiccups out of Frost's control, Sarah was communicative, reassuring and worked hard to get around these hiccups to get the tenancy contract signed. An example of how estate agents should work making the experience much more pleasant! Many thanks to Sarah and the team for all their help
