Frosts looked after us from start to finish when buying our first new home. Jake and Sarah were a pleasure to talk to, as well as being very supportive. They were also quick to respond to any queries we had and were always willing to go the extra mile for us. They made what can be a stressful process as easy as possible for us and we appreciated it a great deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Frosts to anyone who is considering selling or buying!

I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Frosts St Albans. Sophie Hutchinson and her team know the true value of profiling and customer service. Two selections, two visits, one deal done! And it didn't stop there. Back office processes were smooth and professional and made the signing simple and painless, and the follow-up property support service delivered by Sam is excellent. I work as a marketing, communications and customer experience consultant and I have to say that I found positive customer experience alive and well in Frosts. Nice job guys!

We recently moved to a rented house in St Albans through frost and I would like to share my overall experience dealing with them. Firstly they are very friendly people and very professional in their working. Rose Jonson was the one with whom we were interacting from the day one and I must say that she is very kind and very helpful. She is very fast and keep things moving at the pace of rocket. She was keep giving us regular updates and was keeping engaging us with the next step. Once the house is allocated to us Georgina Middleton was assigned to us as our property manager and must say that she fabulous too. She is helping us in our new house in putting the things in order. I work in IT service industry and very well understand the value of customer service, so was delighted when I got such excellent service from Frost. Overall a nice experience with Frost and certainly would recommended them to others. Thank You Frost!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Rose! Rose went above and beyond the call, in every way, to help us find a property that would suit us. She offered many, many options in different price ranges and different neighbourhoods, and even went so far as pulling out the tape measure to help us measure bedrooms. (Who else would have done that????) She was kind, cheerful, warm-hearted and sincere. She truly wanted to help, not just because it’s her job, but because it’s her nature. Thank you Rose! For any prospective seller reading this and contemplating using a cheaper internet agency - don't. Frost's was professional and helpful every step of the way. There was an internet agency on the other side of the chain and had it not been for the proactive and helpfulness of Frost's I am not sure we would have ever completed. Jake was first class in his responsiveness and problem solving without being on the irritating and pushy side of things that agents can often be prone to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Absolutely horrific letting agents

Absolutely horrific letting agents. In renting with frosts (unfortunately) for 2 years, they made everything as difficult and disorganised as possible. They are organising some kind of scam with the company they use for checkout inventories Butterworth Estates- they will find any way imaginable to make deductions from your deposit and bend deposit rules to suit them. The staff seem to have a few brain cells between them and the only one with a bit of sense is Emily. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
