GoogleThese estate agents are very professional and are a real joy to deal with. There has been really good communication and the staff have been more more than helpful in finding a tenant for my flat. Lily, in particular, is so impressive for being so friendly but also exceptionally thorough and efficient. Thank you to everyone.

GoogleThe property management person at Frosts, Sheetal Shah, has dealt with all my queries and issue quickly and efficiently, with very little fuss. An issue with a substandard carpet handled with ease. From start of complaint to today where I have a brand new carpet has been barely two weeks. All very seamless. So, thanks Sheetal!

GoogleWe’ve worked with Frosts twice now and they’re always brilliant. We recently moved into a terrace which Rose helped us find. She was so helpful and was always there when we needed her during the tenancy agreement process. She kept us informed through the whole process, and got back to us quickly anytime we had questions. In general, we’ve found Frost’s to be friendly, quick, and extremely professional. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

GoogleWe have just started to rent out a property and the Frost's Estate Agents have been fantastic throughout! Rose always handled any situation on time, and we have had an excellent experience. Email communication and updates for the property is always quick. So far, the process has been easy and prompt! Rose has been nice and friendly! Generally, they were kind and very helpful!!

Frosts were extremely caring and supportive throughout the process. GoogleMy agent was Ms Darcie Fisher who helped me moving from one property to another, both managed by Frost. I received a smooth and professional, personalised customer care from her, she understood my circumstances as a Consultant Anaesthetist who is often busy with his hospital work. She was responsive and acted promply on my requests. I am totally satisfied with my decision of staying with Frost as I have been renting from them in the past two years and I hope that I can buy a property from them which is the next plan in my life. GoogleMy experience with Frost’s has been excellent! Their service level is highly professional, easy and convenient. Ideal for busy working professionals! Sarah - Lettings Consultant was very diligent and helpful in assisting me, finding the home that best suited my requirements. Their home visits staff was equally great, especially Sarah, who could empathize with a Mum needs. Frost’s Property Manager- Hollie is always attentive and any necessary maintenance repairs are carried out very quickly.

Sarah was absolutely superb in taking our call, being friendly, making suggestions and booking appointments for us.
