She kept me fully up to date with what was new to the market and even got in touch to let me know we were still front of mind if a few days had gone past with no new properties. I have rarely received such a personal service whilst searching for a rental property. Top marks!

GoogleThe only estate agents to treat me like a human, and not quantitative risk factor. I was looking for a rental, and wow was it difficult, I had just turned self employed and was point blank refused by over 20 other agents on certain technicalities. I have always paid my rent and finance commitments, had proof of earnings and even a guarantor. I honestly felt very alone and stressed and based on the interactions I was having, I was not hopeful. I then came across Frosts and the one and only Darcie who from the get go, sympathised, advised and really helped me, she was positive and proactive throughout, and really cared. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it was the difference of being homeless or having somewhere to live. I am very grateful and will not forget how I was treated by Darcie and Frosts(well done and keep supporting humans in the way that you do, it makes a large positive impact) In the end I secured a lovely new home. Great is an understatement just amazing is more appropriate. Thank you again.

GoogleAs a landlord, Frost's St Albans is by far the best agent I have used. Their responses are fast and efficient and they are pro-active in sorting issues out which is important to me as I live a long way from the property. Melanie manages my property and she is brilliant - I just send her one email and she fixes everything!

Tom kept us informed at every stage, was polite and considerate throughout, not hesitating to go the extra mile, and the photographer did an excellent job with the brochure. Everything went smoothly and a sale was agreed within two weeks. Thanks Frost's, for a painless experience!
