Fixflo is what every property professional needs!

Fixflo is an amazing product that every property professional needs! It saves me time, keeps me compliant and also adds an extra added benefit for staff, tenants, and suppliers. I've been using FixFlo for a few years now and have upgraded my system as my portfolio grows. I couldn't operative without it. It's also good to know that customer support is available within the system. Joe Goss and Marcela Kralickova have been fantastic on transitioning my system and making sure I use the most out of it. Poor Service .....

Unless you are a large Housing Association, don't expect any customer service. We are 250 home letting agent, too small to be allocated an appointed contact. The phone numbers go to voicemail, no one calls back, no out of office when on leave, leaves me feeling, they simply don't care! If you are looking to integrate with your CRM, check the functions they claim are already in place, working and tested, their website showed joint functionality with agent OS, six months later we simply got a "minimal viable product", with little to no functionality, all in all, we don't feel valued, and they don#t seem to care!

Really disappointed with this company. They carried out an insulation survey of my property and it took them 7 months to produce the report which contains fundamental errors. Despite the latest EPC recommending cavity wall insulation and that you can literally see into the empty cavity, these guys reported that there is cavity wall insulation already installed. I wouldn’t recommend this company for property surveying.

Having been a user of Fixflo for over 9 years I can say that it is best in class at what it does. Many a crm have tried to emulate it by building their own however they fall short. Fixflo does what it say on the tin and does it extremely well. It is easy and simple to use for residents/tenants and also staff whatever your business, be that a single branch or scaling for multi branch offices.

I could not recommend Fixflo more, as a maintenance management tool it is powerful, flexible, intuitive and easy to use for both our property managers and our users, tenants or contractors. The benefits are obvious and we have found people 'buy in' to the system quickly. My name is Oliver Palmer I'm a property manager at iLove homes, I deal with all of our maintenance issues. I find that platform really good it asks all the relevant questions before actually letting the tenant report any issues as sometimes the tenants can fix their own issues such as just topping the boiler up rather than sending an engineer out for a simple job. When tenants do actually report an issue, again Fixflo asks lots of questions i.e all contact details, makes and models of appliances. which really helps, if you as the agent can troubleshoot the issue from the office, rather than sending an engineer or it does determine if an engineer needs to attend. Keep up the good work guys and we as a company are very happy with the platform you provide and i would recommend you to anyone that is looking for a system like this.
