GoogleJust appalling customer service from an agency point of view. Wildly expensive, price increases driven by their pointless investment in features that we don't use and aren't interested in. Ultra slow response times and a 'computer says no' attitude. Avoid like the proverbial, there are better and cheaper solutions out there.

GoogleFrom the first call I made to Crux Careers Lorenzo was very professional. He understood the position I needed to fill and I suggested potential candidates straight away. Within 48 hours an interview had taken place and I had a new member of staff. I can't recommend him highly enough.

GoogleSorry but I must just add to the list of negative reviews about this company. They have just imposed new terms unilaterally and frozen you out from the platform until you accept, which I wont. They do not even have the courtesy of replying to emails on the subject.

GoogleI have been dealing with Myles for the past week and he very quickly found an ideal role for me, set-up the interview within 2 days of initial contact & we had offers and contracts sorted within a week. Would recommend Myles to anyone looking for roles in the property market. 10/10 service!

GoogleIain and Myles were great from the start. Within a few hours of getting in touch they had already secured two job interviews with well known established Agency’s despite no experience in that field. I didn’t use their services in the end however am very grateful for the advice and help they gave me in that time. I Would highly recommend!

My daughter contacted fixflo and was told mold isn’t important enough to come out . It’s not tenants issue there’s no ventilation and damp proof course. I’ve paid hundreds to replace furniture clothes etc and how dare you say it’s not important. Mold kills its external walls showing not tenants fault. I’ll be making a claim for furniture clothes etc You are the company who sorts out repairs for dixons and we have all communication with yourselves via webform

During a period of 6 months, and a big lifestyle change for myself and my family, I approached Myles due to the way he had approached me, professionally and personally on previous discussions before I actually needed him. During a busy period of house hunting and a relocation, I needed someone I could trust to find me a role suitable to my move and crucially in time for moving. I actually never used another recruiter during my job search other than doing it myself because Myles understood, which is key, exactly the role that would suit me and my skills and I had the fullest of confidence and trust that he would place me in my next role. He did exactly that! Always approachable, tenacious to search on your behalf and very personable. I cannot recommend him personally and also the Crux team enough. Myles and the team are experts within the property field and if you are not using them as a candidate or employer, ask yourself why! Thanks Myles , keep in touch.

GoogleMyles was and is fantastic, even though I did not end up choosing to pursue a role with Crux at this time, he was responsive, helpful, encouraging and everything a recruiter should be when speaking with candidates. I'd highly recommend him and Crux to employers looking for candidates and vice versa for service and professionalism.

GoogleCrux have filled a few positions for us now and there’s a reason we keep using them! They understand our company and ethos and are therefore really focussed on getting the right people for each role. Myles is always very helpful and responsive with plenty of proactive communication. Great platform for reporting maintenance. Very easy to use. I also like that when a contractor is not "computer literate" that as an agent you can move the job along on their behalf. We are new to the software and any queries we have had so far Charlie has been by far the best support we could wish for.

Googlean ok system, but i dont use quoting side as, who has time to sit and fill all that in. drive me insane. also, hate how the phone numbers disappear after quoting period ends, as i often get given a job after, and then i have to phone everyone up for a phone number. and also on the job sheet very annoying that it doesnt give the letting agents name who put the job out, i have to phone up and waste time finding out whos put the job out.... so fixflow------ leave the tele numbers on the details page all the time , put the agent who issued tghe jobs name on the details sheet. i think its trying to be too technical and us contractors just dont have time to fill in all thats there . so there should be a simplified version for contractors.

Great platform, easy to use and configure, gives good visibility over maintenance issues (both reactive and preventive) allowing our PMs to focus in on the real maintenance priorities and facilitates communications with residents, contractors and landlords, ensuring everyone is up to date and informed about progress of issues. Would highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience with FixFlow. We reported a leaking downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom leak (which is now damaging our kitchen ceiling) over a month ago.
