I got in touch with Declan to buy my property in Birmingham. He and the entire team at Alesco were friendly, convincing and helpful throughout the process. Throughout the journey from reserving till the handover, Declan and at a later stage, James were very helpful and approachable and cleared any questions I had. Definitely recommend them for whoever is looking for their next property investment!

This is to kindly inform prospective clients about investment products with Alesco.Together with my partner we invested in a Loan Note providing funds for The High Street Group in December 2019.Once we uncovered the truth I have been trying to contact the salesperson from Alesco to find out if he could shed some light about the matter. Unfortunately I am still waiting for him to contact me.Update 23/07/21:The salesperson finally contacted me and we had a conversation about the matter. Following his advice our next step will be to schedule a phone call with a HSG team member. To be continued...Update 14/08/21:Eventually HSG sent us a couple of emails. Apparently they have created a new company called Hadrian Real Estate. Then The Telegraph dropped the news today about them. They were saying about the DREADFUL experiences of many investors that they haven't been able to redeem any interest and the lack of communication between the HSG and themselves. Customer service non existent and sheer despair for the investors.Update 05/01/22:Some time had passed and we have found HORRIFYING facts about our loan note investment.We were told that there is a security trustee and our investment is secure with Castle Trust. However they have been as bad as HSG with no communication with the investors.We are DEEPLY disappointed and depressed and living our life with ENORMOUS SADNESS knowing that we may never get our investment money back. The actions taken by the developer after this introduction, as outlined in your review, occurred after our agreement to make introductions on this development and were not within our control.Before committing to any investment, we encourage all clients to ensure they have read all the accompanying paperwork thoroughly, in which the risks are clearly outlined. Our team are always on hand to discuss anything outlined to clients before they sign and accept any terms.As part of continued reviews of our products and services, we no longer sell loan notes or associated products, nor do we provide introductions to High Street Group, so in contrast to the first line of your review, this is not an investment product we offer.We understand that though your correspondence with the developer is part of a separate discussion between you and them, communication with Alesco has been consistent since the team returned to full compacity following the pandemic.To ensure this was dealt with at the highest level, your review was referred to our MD Matthew who has been available to assist with advice and next steps. My relationship with Alesco began out of sheer accident, however, to date I must say that I am truly grateful that such a relationship was formed. My first interaction was with Isaac Wren, a Senior Investment Consultant with the business. Off the bat I could see he was interested in meeting my expectations and was successful in sourcing a suitable development based on my needs. I appreciated the high level of professionalism and pragmatism with which I was engaged. Isaac, Molly, and team took the time to answer all my questions and provided support throughout the engagement lifecycle. The bit I most appreciated was the fact that I didn’t feel as though I was being forced to engage just so the business could record a new sale, but more so that they took into consideration what my objectives were. Communication wise the team was excellent and kept me abreast of updates/changes. I would certainly recommend others to engage with Alesco. Keep up the good work!

We are first time investors and the knowledge and experience provided by Alesco, specifically Ben, Gemma, and Joanne, has been so helpful and insightful, every step of the process, clearly guiding us through each area, and connecting us with the relevant experts and business contacts we need to proceed. It is of course daunting investing money into property but we have been really reassured as any tiny, or big, queries, they are on hand to answer. We are nearly at completion but even down to referrals for letting agents, means the expert support will be ongoing to hopefully provide us with a hands off and hassle free investment. These reviews were very reassuring for us to read and I hope our review gives further to reassurance to some one considering investing with Alesco. They really do know their stuff and you just can't buy that kind of knowledge and experience of this field.
