This company took my money and kept it without giving me any real estate in exchange leading to a serious financial loss which I am now fighting in court to recover. They made severe misrepresentations to me and signed the contract under the wrong legal entity then started pushing me aggressively to pay the money. The moment I paid the money was gone for ever. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this agent!

Hi Young Now, We wanted to respond to your review now the court cases and ombudsman have independently reviewed the case and ruled Alesco was not at fault. As per their summary, the deposit paid was non-refundable. 90 days later, when you refused to instruct solicitors to exchange you were in breach of the agreement and the developer and solicitors invoiced Alesco for costs, we subsequently offered you the difference as a refund, but this offer was not accepted. We are the middleman in every transaction and never want our clients to lose funds but if you breach the contractual terms the developer has the right to pull the units and forfeit your deposit which was the outcome in this instance.
