I invested in a property in November 2022. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me and meant to be an investment for my children's future. I was very nervous as I was using the equity from my other house to downsize and invest so the money literally went into my account and over to aAlesco £34000 deposit which to me is a hell of a lot of money (incidentally they were very keen to get the money into the account pushing me to provide proof of funds that weremt actually there because it was all reliant on completion of the sale). The sales guy I initially spoke to was very reassuring what are you concerned about no risk etc etc. It's now nearly 2 years on and the flats aren't going to be built until at least 2nd quarter 2026 it was meant to be finished in Jan this year. So my money is sitting in someone else's account accruing interest and I can't do anything about it until June 2025 which is the long stop date and I really hope I don't have to fight for my money back. I've told them I think it's out if order that even though they know it won't be completed in time there's no possibility of getting the deposit back and no.alternative eg a flat in block c which is now being built before block b but i guess it's all about maximising sales. Anyway the response was don't shoot the messenger get advice from your solicitor (the one they practically insisted I use). So needless to say I've lost faith in them and really hoping I'm not in for a legal battle 😔

This was my first time buying an investment property and David Paradis and Gemma were great. Through the process David was available at all hours to answer my queries and Gemma provided great customer care when we decided to move forward. Even after we had concluded they were both always available and provided frequent updates on build progression. I would highly recommend.
