Firstly, David who was always available (even evenings) to respond to our questions. We found him to be extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. He was informative and “patient” even when we wanted clarification on minor issues especially once the conveyancing process commenced. We were then introduced to Stefanie, Gemma and Becca and a WhatsApp group was set up to ensure we had immediate access to staff in their various areas, whether admin, liaising with solicitor etc. We found every member of staff to be very efficient, pleasant and dedicated to providing an excellent service.

I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings, they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them.
