Great experience through First time BTL

We have dealt with Alesco in relation with 2 properties. They have been very helpful throughout the process and given we were first time BTL buyers, they did everything to make it easier for us at every step whether it is following up solicitors and builders or guiding us through the next steps. A special shoutout to Stefanie Kotonou, she has always been available to help us out whenever we needed help. Overall a seamless buying end to end process experience and will definitely recommend them to others and hope to deal with them again in future.

This is our first Investment property…

This is our first Investment property and we initially dealt with David who was very clear and thorough on how the process would work. He was available to answer our questions, of which there were a lot. Once the ball got rolling, Stefanie took over from David to assist with the exchange and again was on hand for our questions and kept us up to date on the progress. We have just exchanged and now waiting for completion, but so far we are very happy with the level of service Alesco has provided. As first time investors, they have made the process as simple as possible and helped guide us through everything.

Declan has been extremely professional

Declan has been extremely professional, attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the process of buying an investment property with his company. I used to call him over the weekend, late hours and he was always eager to help even out of his official business hours. Fantastic! Would highly recommend Jasvir!

I’d been searching high and low for months for the right property with several other brokers which all fell short of my criteria and expectations. I had my heart set on a particular area of Manchester and never thought of entertaining other options. However, fortunately I came across Jasvir at Alesco, who went above and beyond every other broker I’d worked previously worked with. He managed to open my eyes by exploring every option on the table which led him to finding me a property which ticked all my boxes, but was also bigger, better, had parking, as well as outdoor space. What can I say, first of all special thanks to Ben and Molly, they were fantastic and professional in dealing with our first buy to let purchase. Real Estate is a very complex and at times can be very frustrating that’s when you need someone or a team or a company to hold your hand and walk you through the storm and that’s exactly what Jan And Gemma did their professionalism ,expertise and persistence to make sure everything goes smooth was admirable. It was an excellent experience dealing with Alesco, particularly Keith Gyasi, throughout the buying process. Worst experience of my life

The company is not reliable, they don’t search well about the construction, haven’t done any home work before representing the builder or construction, I have been approached by them, in the start showed all good and when things gets delayed and gets worst they run away, not reply on emails, taking calls but no contact, sometimes don’t even know who is the point of contact at builder side, put blame on the builders and escape saying we only agent and cannot do anything.First experience was awful, still paying mortage from the pocket, expenses gone high on this BTL and will never work with them or any argent.
