Excellent CompanyI made enquiry about buying off plan property in Manchester and was approached by David Jacobs.He was genuine, attentive and supportive answering all my questions, he was on board and ready to take my call and messages even after office hours and weekends. His knowledge and expertise is commendable really wonderful. I hope to invest more with Alesco and will definitely ask to deal with David again. The company is not reliable, they don’t search well about the construction, haven’t done any home work before representing the builder or construction, I have been approached by them, in the start showed all good and when things gets delayed and gets worst they run away, not reply on emails, taking calls but no contact, sometimes don’t even know who is the point of contact at builder side, put blame on the builders and escape saying we only agent and cannot do anything.First experience was awful, still paying mortage from the pocket, expenses gone high on this BTL and will never work with them or any argent.

Listed flats in a building that aren't for sale for some reason, agents hung up when questioned. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM very likely a scam.
