GoogleI sold a property in BS3 through C J Hole in Southville and was 100% happy with the service they provided from beginning to final completion in March 2026.The staff in the office, those doing the viewings etc were excellent and I would like to highly commend Ben Johnson in particular who handled the sale in a very caring and compassionate manner as what was a very difficult time. He took a large weight off my shoulders as I knew he was all the time acting in a way that was best for me and trusted the way he dealt with it 100% of the time. Many many thanks.

GoogleMy partner and I recently viewed a place with Tristan, who was brilliant! It was real easy to book a viewing and get everything sorted. Some confirmation emails came through to make sure the viewing was still going ahead on the day. Tristan was there early and greeted us at the door and answered any questions we had regarding the property. I’d highly recommend!!

GoogleI can’t recommend CJHole Southville enough. They were super efficient at putting my house on the market, lots of viewings in a short time frame & offer accepted v quickly. I was most impressed by the post sales team, in particular Lulu, who tirelessly chased solicitors and really helped push the sale through, whilst keeping me updated every step of the way. I feel she went above & beyond her job role & I can not thank you enough!!

We've had three property viewings with CJ Hole, all of which were with Callum Barber. Callum was extremely helpful in providing us with all necessary details and even extra tidbits on each property we viewed, good to have a laugh with as well which was one of the reasons we decided to focus our property search with CJ Hole. Overall pleasant experience and glad to say we finally found a property that suited us!

Communication was excellent throughout, which made arranging the viewing easy and stress-free. He responded quickly to any queries and was well-prepared for the viewing. GoogleI had a fairly torrid experience with another estate agent - I had travelled from London for the viewing and despite two calls prior and an email confirming - it was cancelled 30 minutes before my arrival as the property was let. Enter CJ Hole and the extremely professional and personable Zara - who not only secured the viewing of a beautiful property but guided me through the whole process with knowledge, humour and above all - patience (I was in constant contact!). GoogleIt was a seamless viewing and application experience with CJ Hole. Carmelo in particular was very professional, approachable, and helpful throughout the viewing process. Despite it being a mass viewing, he took the time to answer everyone’s questions clearly and patiently, which made the experience feel organised and reassuring. GoogleWe had a very disappointing experience with CJ Hole. We began the process of purchasing a property through them, but due to poor communication and misleading information regarding the status of the sale, we ultimately lost over three months and incurred over £1,500 in costs. The situation was extremely stressful, the after-sales team was difficult to reach, and we received little to no communication from senior management despite raising our concerns. I'd never recommend using this estate agency to anyone!!!

Viewed a property and put a deposit down. The previous tenants had left old furniture and junk in the front/back garden. The wooden floor was broken. One of the bedroom windows doesnt shut. There was a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The gate and fence were broken. We were told that we had a parking space and part use of a garage for storage...
