GoogleMax was super helpful - we popped into CJ Hole, and he took the criteria we had and booked us in for two viewings on the same day. Max did one of the viewings himself, and was very helpful. His colleague, Callum, showed us around the other property and was equally as friendly and helpful. Thank you both.

GoogleCJ Hole has been helping with the house search in Bristol which is so difficult. Max Wotton was the agent responsible for the renting process and showing the house. I really liked his performance, attentive and enlightening. He made himself available for any other questions we had and wanted to get an answer about the house, demonstrating a lot of professionalism.

GoogleCJ Hole destroyed my spirit to such an extent that I barely have enough left to write this review. Here are some of my favourites, or at least as many as I'm able to write before the last of my remaining, withered soul has drained away... - They straight up lied to us, several times. - There is literally no communication between the staff members. - We had to ask/remind/hassle them repeatedly for just about everything, unless it involved us giving them money (then they were unsurprisingly efficient). - They missed appointments without giving notice - The ceiling in our house was literally, actually, falling down and they did nothing. - The person you need to speak to? Oh sorry no, they're not available. - Hidden charges. - Deceptive contracts. - Unhelpful. - Rude. - Can't count. - Pretty sure one of them was wearing his dads suit. - Shouty woman upstairs - Spotty

He was really friendly and offered us a viewing on a property we loved the day after we called, his communication has been great with us and would be confident in having him as a point of contact in the future :)

Within a couple days of identifying a property that my significant other and I loved, we were able to get a tour, submit an offer, and put a holding deposit down. GoogleCarmelo and Ethan have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of renting our flat. They were very professional, always responsive to any queries, and made everything clear and straightforward. What really stood out was their friendly and positive attitude, always with a smile and ready to help. Renting can sometimes feel stressful, but with Carmelo and Ethan, it has been smooth and reassuring. We cannot wait to move into our new house. Highly recommend them!

AVOID! CJ Hole have handled my tenancy deposit extremely poorly. After my tenancy ended, only part of my deposit was returned, and I was then told the remaining balance had been withheld because the new tenants had underpaid their own deposit. This is completely unacceptable and should never have involved my money.
