We've completed 4 or 5 viewings with CJ Hole, Ethan Buckler who showed us round was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly understood what we were looking for and was always ready to give important information when required. Ethan was also excellent and backing away when we were deep in conversation or needed a quiet moment. Overall the booking process was a little bit of a faff because of the number of properties and our schedules - none of that was Ethan's fualt but that's why it's only 4 stars.

My partner and I viewed 4 properties through CJ Hole Southville and Ethan Borsten took us through all of them. He was so knowledgeable and helpful each time, always punctual and communicated with us throughout the whole process. My partner and I recently went to view a house for sale that's being handled by CJ Hole and were met by Jaden Burton, a Sales Negotiator working for the estate agent. From start to finish Jaden was Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and able to provide us with some really helpful perspectives and insights on the questions that we had. We didn't feel rushed in the slightest and after the visit felt really well informed and left with a much better understanding of the property we had gone to see. 5 stars for Jaden, he was fantastic!
