Flexi-agent were good at marketing my property and dealing with viewings, however once the property was sold their communication was non-existent, they had no idea on progress and I had to do that myself with the buyer of my property direct and liaise between solicitors. The house I purchased solicitors and estate agent were able to give me more updates on the sale of my property than Flexi-agent were. Concerns were raised but were very quickly discounted. Her response to my e-mail looks like it was pre-written, and comments cobbled together based on previous issues raised by other clients. Her summary comment of ‘When you appointed us to sell the property, you agreed a fee to sell, which has been done, so in essence the aim of selling has been satisfied.’ To me felt this came across as though I sold your house so what are you complaining about….Andrea’s over all response and attitude was aggressive and not one I would promote to anyone. Overall, disappointing service.

You sent me an email, to which I asked for a call immediately, no response, no response to any of my attempts to communicate, and you think my attitude is bad! I would suggest that completely ignoring someone, which we as a company have never done to you, is completely rude. I have never pre written a response to any of my clients, it may that appear that way to you, as it was very well formulated and answered all of your complaints in their entirety, to which I never got a reply! We seeming live in a large complaints culture, and it would seem to be worse during a time when people are under lots of stress. We sold your property in a fantastic timescale, and the offer extracted, was acceptable to you, to infer otherwise is just simply untrue. I am quite happy to put my response to your complaint on this reply, and people can make their own judgment towards my attitude. I would further suggest that when people make false claims against a company that I have worked so hard to build from nothing, it is extremely upsetting and frustrating, so the fact that you wouldn’t want to promote someone that sold your property, and your only gripe is you don’t feel like you got enough money, is largely irrelevant to me. It’s becoming more and more apparent that people are actually complaining after the fact, to try and get reductions on their fees, it’s actually sickening and pathetic.

Only 1 star because it won’t let me leave zero. We went to Flexi agent as they seemed to have a great track record for selling properties. They are corrupt! They reserve properties for friends of staff and literally lead you up the garden path. Andrea is the rudest company owner ever, instead of being accountable she will insult you and hang up quickly - how very brave you are Andrea.Other reviews saying she’s told people it’s illegal to view if you haven’t sold are very accurate for how she speaks to people, strange though that she sent her friend to view ours when they were not even on the market and then cancelled all other viewings alleging we agreed to hold the property for her friend?They sell a lot of properties but their customer care is disgusting use a professional company with a professional outlook.

First lie -You offered on one of our properties, claiming you were a cash buyer through your husband, so we could not trace you being on the market, when I did a check it was a clear you were on the market. Second lie- You had your property on the market with another agent, who you claimed were the worst agent ever and the one before that! Third lie- you claimed to have sold to a cash buyer, you then proceeded to have lost the next day!You asked us to market your home which was live within 24hours of instruction. I have never sent a friend to view your property, I’d love to see proof of your elaborate and ridiculous claims.You then after 48 hours told us you were disappointed your property hadn’t sold! We lined up several viewings and someone expressed an interest and said they would offer if they could sell theirs. We listed this persons house and you said you were happy to wait for these vendors to find a suitable buyer, you have then proceeded to visit our office today and claim you now had cash in the bank to buy the property you originally offered on and wanted the sellers solicitors details.Acting in the best interest of the client I asked you to provide proof and at such time we would prepare a sales memorandum.You then proceed to go to the property knock on the neighbours door and try to obtain the vendors personal information through deception. You then decided to withdraw your offer and call us liars on the phone.You are clearly not portraying yourselves in a very good light and we will not be hood winked by your deceitful and peculiar behaviour. You are right we are the best selling agents in Southport and are completely gobsmacked by your disgusting web of lies. We deliver excellent customer service but cannot abide the strange and quite frankly disgusting behaviour or light you have painted yourselves in. Good luck with your fourth Agent. We wouldn’t want your custom in any way shape or form.
