We found a property that was perfect for us but we hadn't sold our own property. However I called Flexi Agent and spoke to Julie. She was so helpful, she contacted the seller and secured a viewing for us. We loved the property and registered our interest with Julie. She was amazing, she kept in touch, checking how our sale was going and letting us know the situation with the property we wanted to buy. She even contacted us with an update when she was on holiday. Finally we sold our house and Julie was pivotal in helping us secure the property we'd viewed several weeks earlier. She has been very supportive, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Giving 5 stars was an absolute no brainer ! This should have been the most straight forward house purchase imaginable - 1 seller, 1 buyer, no chain, no mortgage &, house recently renovated ! Yet somehow it managed to drag on from February until the end of June ! Most of that delay, drama and frustration can ironically be placed at the door of our own solicitors!! However, if it wasn't for our Sales Progressor Jacquie Stewart this would literally never have completed. I was extremely close to walking away on at least 5 occasions, even during the last week, but it was Jacquie's professionalism, pragmatism, positivity and sense of humour (in particular) that somehow still kept it alive, beyond my expectations. Her ability to keep all parties onside, especially the Vendors, who were issuing "late completion penalty clauses" as early as the April, and also threatening to walk away, (the same as me) was remarkable. So a huge shout out to Flexiagent in general, as they were always helpful and responsive, but to Jacquie in particular, for her commitment to this sale. How often do you get an update phone call at 21.40 on a Friday night, whilst you are in the pub, because someone else is still working !! So, yes, 5 stars without hesitation! Go Girl !!!

It seems that this particular agent deliberately made it difficult. So I’ve arranged a viewing twice and unfortunately both times something unfortunate and personal has come up. I’ve always emailed to let them know. However they had a property for sale. I’ve enquired and been told that I they been advised by my manager that we are no longer able to book viewings for you on properties listed with us. This decision has been made due to a number of previously missed appointments, which unfortunately result in costs being incurred by the business and inconvenience to our vendors. As a result, we are unable to recommend you to our vendors and cannot arrange further viewings at this time. I’m not sure what costs have been incurred as that’s an estate agents job. They also make commission on any sales too. Maybe if you check your emails you will indeed find several from myself explaining that due to unforeseen circumstances that I couldn’t make the viewing. It may also be a good idea to include the mobile of the person at the viewing so that are contacted in due course. Considering your called Flexi -Agent you’re not very flexible.

Flexi Agent are totally amazing and sold our house on the first day of viewings! The team are all extremely professional, work very hard and go out of their way to help you. Mark who does the valuations and photos is an absolute delight, it felt like we were welcoming a friend into our home when he came out to take the photos. Mariyah was brilliant in arranging our open day with 12 viewings and she was very considerate in contacting us around our work meetings. Julie was very reassuring and kept in touch with us throughout the open day and then worked until 8 pm on a Saturday, on a Bank Holiday weekend, to deal with all the offers and finalise the sale. Flexi Agent deliver a first class service to get their customers first class results and it’s no surprise that they are the highest achieving estate agents in the area. We highly recommend them.
