We switched to flexi agent from another estate agent after our sale falling through at the last minute. I rung and spoke to Sophie who managed to get our house advertised within 24hrs, I told her exactly what position we were in as sellers and what potential buyers we were looking for. Jen dealt with the sales negotiations and she was brilliant, she pushed our offer for us so we got slightly more than was offered at first. Then Zoe looked after our sales progression she was so professional towards me keeping me informed always returning calls. We are really pleased we chose to sell our property through flexi agent it completed yesterday, it was such a smooth house sale. I would definitely recommend flexi in future. Thank you

After a bit of a hiccup at the start of our process, which could have been partly due to our lack of understanding how the current selling market operates, all the people I spoke to Jen , Chloe etc were all very helpful. However when Jackie Stewart came on board, things really did shift up a gear ( no pun intended) Jackie was pragmatic , straight talking and got the sale over the line at an uncertain time for sellers with many sales falling through. A great asset to Flexi agent. Thanks Jackie.

Flexi Agent are the best etstate agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the initial meeting to completion the process was simple and easy. The pictures they produced for sale were amazing, using arial photos to showcase the whole property in all its glory. The open day process was such a great idea for generating interest and the after sales team were amazing. A special mention to Jacquie Stewart in the pre sales team who supported us through the drama of a sale falling through. She was amazing at chasing the sale process and ensuring everyone in the chain was ready to proceed. Thank you so much for the amazing support you provided us through what is a very stressful process.

Flexi-agent were superb. They gave us a very fair valuation, talked us through the whole process and stayed in regular contact since we put our house up for sale in June 2022. They were pro-active in getting the sale live and organising viewings. They didn't just sell our house once, they sold it twice and both times within a few days of the house going onto Rightmove. Unfortunately our first buyer pulled out of the first sale, nothing to do with Flexi-Agent though and in fact, when Jacquie called me to let me know, I was heartbroken and she did not judge me when I had a few choice words to say about it! The person who has completed today on our (old) house put in an offer within a couple of days of the house going back up for sale, showing how well Flexi-Agent dealt with the situation for us. Jacquie was brilliant with us on our sale from start to finish. She kept us well informed, had a lovely telephone manner which added to the whole process and was very approachable. I am not planning on ever doing this again, but if I had to, I'd go straight to Flexi-Agent again! Thank you x

I really had an excellent experience. Jacquie and other members of the team were always extremely helpful, supportive and understanding. It can be difficult to keep on top of things when you are busy and have to deal with lots of extra matters quickly when buying a house. Some agents can be irritating as a result of being too pushy when you just don't have time. There was none of that in this case; they were a pleasure to deal with.

We have viewed numerous properties with Flexi-Agent and whenever I phone to arrange an appointment the girls have been amazing. Rachel always replies quickly and follows up afterwards. Carl, Peter and Jill who have shown us around have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Always on time and not rushing us. We viewed a house on Saturday and wanted a second viewing. I telephoned at 2 minutes to 7 in the evening and someone answered the phone. They took my details and I was phoned back at 11.30 on Sunday morning. Chloe arranged the appointment for 2pm and someone was there from Flexi Agent to show us around. I cannot believe that level of service. We have now had an offer accepted on a house and Chloe has been fabulous. She dealt with the vendors in putting forward our offer and agreeing a price. The house was put 'subject to contract' straight away which I've not seen before. I cannot praise these people enough. If ever we decide to sell in the future we will definitely use Flexi-Agent.

We used Flexi-Agent to sell our property. It is early days in the sale, we have just accepted an offer but I wanted to share our thoughts so far. From the initial contact to get the property valued Jack was extremely attentive, professional and helpful providing us with useful advice and guidance in marketing the house. When it went on the market Amy, Zoe and Chloe were in contact with me regularly arranging viewings which they facilitated due to our work commitments. Each one of them have been truly amazing and I can't fault them at all, they are all extremely helpful and did everything to make the process so far as stress free as they possibly could keeping me updated with progress. The viewing and bidding process was really efficient, we saw a lot of houses before the one we bought and this was not the case with many other agencies! Our sales progression manager Jacquie Stewart was brilliant.
