Highly reccomend Flexi agent to buy/sell with especially Marc Curley auctioneer for his honest professional persistence. Got a sale on my property when all other estate agents failed.. Flexi agent also found my new property and helped with all enquiries supportively nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use them again and would highly reccomend to all, Flexi agent will get you where you need to be,.process smooth due to Flexi agents input from start to completion. If youre thinking of selling with them or buying they really do go that step further , don't hesitate you wont regret it.

Excellent and professional service by Flexi Agent. Property was on both well known on-line search sites, within 24 hours of the photographs being taken, and full asking price offered and accepted 3 days later! Richard Pattison sold us on the advantages of using Flexi-Agent, took eye popping photographs and wrote up the property details. Ryan Goodwin did a brilliant job on a Sunday organising the viewings, and Gill did well showing the prospective buyers around. Really quick work and great teamwork by all the staff at Flexi-Agent. The road to exchange of contracts was challenging, with a few hurdles along the way with the dreaded 'chain'. Ruth dealt with this part, and it was carried out very professionally, with a few laughs, and I will miss the 'crack' :-) I can thoroughly recommend this agent.

We used Flexi for the sale of our house and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They valued our property £45,000 more than another agent and we secured an offer at that level only 3 days after putting the house on the market. Rich who did the valuation was fantastic, he answered any questions we had regarding the valuation and was so friendly and easy to deal with. We also dealt with Julie and Jacquie who were really helpful and responsive. We often called to try and speed the sale up as much as we could and they were always happy to help wherever they could. I couldn’t have asked for more and would happily recommend them or use them again in the future. We are now happily unpacked and living in our new house only 3 months after putting ours up for sale. I’m glad Flexi Agent is a locally run Estate Agency and is challenging the established National ones who no doubt have become complacent over the past few years. There are countless Flexi signs up in the neighbourhood showing a positive trend towards them. I’m still on the first few steps of my listing but was happy with my initial introduction to the Company with Amy a few months ago. We recently bought a flat in Southport after selling our property in Scotland. The process in the two countries were extremely different. In Scotland conveyancing is very fast and efficient. Not so in England. The delays and lack of communication from our solicitors made for an extremely stressful time. I actually lost two and a half stone in the process. The only good thing was your agent Jacquie Stewart. She always went above and beyond what was asked of her. She was the only person who kept us informed about what was happening. If she said she would phone then she did. She explained everything that was happening. When you are hundreds of miles away and can not get your solicitor to even contact you then having Jacquie was a lifeline. Jacqui went above and beyond to chase the other parties and keep me informed on progress when I was unable to get answers from my conveyancer and was professional and friendly throughout. These guys have been amazing from the very start. Very professional and helpful service from beginning to end. They are always on hand and the communication is fantastic. We first met with Rich who is a pleasure to work with. Since listing our property with Flexi Agent we have be speaking with Robert over the phone and on WhatsApp. Rob is so helpful and always there to help and advise. Our property went live and within a week it has been sold. Flexi Agent advised us to do an open day and within three days they had filled the viewing time slots and it sold that day. **update** Since our original buyer decided not to proceed with the purchase. Flexi Agent have worked there socks off. We’ve been chatting with Julie who is so helpful and goes the extra mile. When you contact Julie, she gets back to you so quickly. Within a few days of our property being re listed our property has sold. Julie was straight on the phone and sound so excited for us and acted straight away with getting the ball rolling. So we queried measurements that Flexi Agent had used on a house we were looking at as the measurements didn’t make sense when the house was meant to be bigger than our existing for seemed smaller. We had them checked and turns out Flexi Agent were wrong, this was challenged to which the response was “our Quantity Surveyor is an expert and knows what they are doing”, to which we responded saying it’s an error on the site then and we were still told it was right and we were wrong so we explained it’s fraud and miss-selling. Lo and behold the house dimensions were reduced later that day c.30m squared less than originally advertised. A month or so later and the house dimensions had increased again by 10m squared. We spoke to friends who have looked at Flexi Agent properties and used Flexi Agent themselves and they found this exact same experience. It seems Flexi Agent or someone working for them is falsely advertising larger floor space on the properties they are selling portraying better value for money. Please ensure you either have the floor measurements independently checked or check it yourself to avoid having a smaller house than advertised

Moved to Southport just over a year ago and started a search for property in Southport. I used Flexi Agent from the start due to their great reviews.... I'm so glad I did! Special mention to Dan M who booked in viewings for properties I wanted to see. I found him to be both polite and professional, he always answered any queries I had. Extremely proactive, I would trust him to sell my property in the future, he is fantastic at his job! I used a fair amount of estate agents to view properties with but constantly came back to Flexi as found them to be the most reliable offering excellent client care and professionalism in what they do. I had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely (and really helpful) Jacquie who proceeded to move things along for me once I had found a property. Chris Illiff - Sales Progressor, took over from there, an absolute legend! Easy to talk to and professional throughout, became more like a friend the more I spoke to him. He constantly kept me in the loop and communicated well with both my solicitor and Vendors when needed to. I found him very reassuring through some very stressful times! Thank you for all your help Chris, you are a massive credit to your team. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again more so due to the lovely staff here. There's a reason they sell more properties than other estate agents (yes it's true, just look at Rightmove) they are also open almost all day so easy to get hold of someone if needed.... why go elsewhere? Highly recommended, house sold within a week of listing with several offers to consider. And yes, they may be beaten on price HOWEVER they cannot be beaten on service. The team are super efficient, all questions and queries responded super quickly, we waited no more than 15minutes (if at all) for each contact made always someone at the end of the phone or an email. Julie has been nothing but superb in her quest to find myself and partner our dream home. She has responded to messages promptly, sourced properties which are suited to out budget and wish list, advised us on locations and local amenities, as we are relocating and she is always super professional, friendly, prompt and focused on us as clients when we have called. Julie is a fantastic asset to her team and should be commend on the due diligence she shows in her duty of care not only for the vendor but also prospective buyers. We have found other agents less efficient or lacking passion for their roles, and yet for us finding the perfect home has become a much more manageable process due to Julie’s excellent customer care skills.
