TrustpilotUnprofessional service, poor communication, avoid!
Terrible experience with Morris Dibben. Poor communication, unresponsive staff, and unprofessional service throughout. Maintenance issues were ignored, and getting anything resolved was a struggle. They were quick to take money but slow to help tenants. Would not recommend renting through them, avoid if you want a hassle-free experience!

GoogleA couple of weeks ago my partner took an appointment to view an apartment, but the agent did not know any details of the apartment and she was so in a rush that the view lasted not more than 10 minutes. We liked the apartment in the pictures but we erased it from our list because she was so disappointed with the agent.

I had a terrible experience with this property agency. After deciding not to proceed with a rental, I informed them well in advance, more than 7 days before the process could move forward. Despite this, they unreasonably withheld my payment and unjustly deducted the entire amount.

GoogleMorris Dibben London Road Office in Southampton gave us excellent service. We sold the house after only 1 day of viewings as they had a good selection of potential buyers on their books. I am also very grateful to them for giving the chain a push at the end to ensure that we managed to exchange contracts. I strongly recommend them.
