GoogleBeen renting a house for 18 months with them, absolutely terrible service.... They will not reply to any of our emails or calls, even in emergencies such as a gas leak. They are trying to charge us for nothing at all and have no explanation why. I would recommend both tenants and landlords to go elsewhere.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GooglePretty Good Service, only problem its always seems to be someone different writing the emails. Otherwise the service is good value for the fee. Not had too much problem with them for more than 10 years. Pretty reliable and helpfull.

It turned out to be quite a long process as the previous owner did not live in the UK, however our handler, Steven Henry, was absolutely excellent throughout, constantly chasing and going the extra mile in order to speed everything up.
