I rented a property through Annah Gee. She was quite patient and transparent with the communication between us and the landlord. Even when we faced a bit of a challenge during the referencing, she was very helpful and kept the communication going with the landlord on our behalf. She responds to emails promptly and always happy to help. It’s been a splendid experience.

GoogleOver the past 6 years I have bought my flat, then arranged for Enfields to find tenants and have now put it on the market - all with Enfields. Louise was particularly helpful when i let out the flat. Her team found tenants quickly and sorted everything out for me. She was always quick to respond to my queries and explain the process. I would definitely recommend them, particularly if you are looking to let your property out.

GoogleLandlord review... Coming from other letting agents I really really appreciated that at Enfields you deal with just one person when it comes to the property/tenant management side of things and that person being very helpful and quick to respond (thanks Emily!). I've had a lot of problems with a tenant over the last year and this is just a massive time saver not having to constantly explain the situation. My only negative feedback would be they could have done a better job at keeping track of small but important items left in the apartment. Things like the parking door remote, parking permits, and apartment documents weren't tracked in the inventories and have subsequently been lost at some point.

They were incredibly knowledgeable, responsible and excellent communicators. They guided me step by step from beginning to end. I couldn't get mortgage without Joe's help. Without Matthew's negotiation with and pushing every party involved, my purchase couldn't be completed on time. GoogleI'm very pleased I selected Enfields for the sale of my property. The process was very efficient, from Will valuing the property, Jamie showing people round, Sam handling offers, and then Shaun chasing the whole chain through to completion. They were very quick to get people through the door and I had an acceptable offer on the table within a few days. While I considered an online estate agent, Shaun's chasing alone made their services worth every penny. If I was still in the area, I'd happily use them again.

I had an issue with the property management company which I thought had already been resolved. I called Enfield's in Shirley and told them of the issue yesterday. Today the issue has been resolved and I am grateful to Oliwia for all her help.

GoogleI am struggling to find the words to fully express my gratitude to Shaun and the team at Enfields for what they have done for me. Unfortunately I employed probably the worst solicitor in Southampton so Shaun and my buyers solicitor did most of the legal work for me and I never heard from the agent I was buying from during the whole process so Shaun sorted that out as well. I can honestly say that the move would never had happened if it were not for Shaun’s knowledge, experience and sheer hard work and I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields to anyone who wants to sell their property. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

They always get back to you no matter what the issue and try to negotiate around the requirements/needs as feasible. They have a great TEAM and easy to work with. GoogleA very professional estate agent who know their stuff without being overly salesy. They were clear and upfront with the process and costs from the start, and used data to help me decide the right price to pitch my house at. They kept me updated with viewings and feedback. They advised well during the bidding process, so I felt I got the best possible offer. From offer to sale they kept me updated regularly, communicated well with the other estate agent in the chain and kept the solictors moving. Overall, they did everything a good estate agent should do. Thanks to Sam and Shaun's hard work, my house was on the market for about a month before offer accepted, and about 10 weeks from offer to completion. I'd definitely recommend them again.
