GoogleBit late on the review, but Lewis really helped us when we were looking to find a place in Southampton back in September. We were really struggling to find somewhere that would accept our 2 cats and he found us somewhere in a great location in a few a day and set up a viewing. Big thanks again to him for his help.

GoogleMisleading Information and Poor Experience I had a disappointing experience with Charters Estate Agents. I was given incorrect and misleading information regarding one of the property . I thought these people are very professional but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I feel the service fell well below acceptable standards.

GoogleAn absolutely friendly and helpful lettings agent, it was a delight to use their service. I had the pleasure to work with Lewis to find a new home, he was upbeat and had all the answers to my multitudes of questions. GoogleIf you are looking for an agent, stop looking. Charters are the best Agents in Southampton area by far. We sold and purchased a property with them and they made a stressful experience a fairy tale. Every single Charters team member is a true professional and works hard to achieve your desired goal. I had many different agents over the years, but Charters are in a different league and worth every penny.
