We sold our home and bought another through charters. Our estate agent was Phil Northover who was fast acting and on the ball. In order for us to get the new house we had to ensure that we sold ours quickly. Phil had our property listed and photographed in the first week and by the second week we had multiple offers and secured an offer on our home. Really impressed with the service we received from Phil and other staff members and would certainly recommend them to our friends. Very professional and friendly service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Charters Estate Agents, Southampton. As soon as I met Simon I knew that I was dealing with someone who knew the market inside out. The marketing of the house was exceptional with first class photographs. Simon handled the viewings and pointed out the particular features of our property. Selling a home is a stressful business but it can be significantly less so when you have an efficient and reliable estate agent doing it for you. We were delighted with the level of service we were given from Charters throughout the entire process. Their photographer took excellent photographs and their marketing procedure was effective as they managed to sell our house within two weeks initially, and then when that deal unfortunately fell through, within a week after that. We were kept updated of any developments with the sale throughout by the affable team they have at Charters and special thanks must go to Phil Northover and Stephen Henry for the impeccable level of professionalism that they showed in making the sale of our house a reality. If you're looking for a quality estate agent to sell your home in the Southampton area then I would highly recommend Charters to do it for you.

We had excellent service from Simon and Stephen. Simon took us on a well needed whistle stop tour of available properties. His encyclopedic knowledge of the area is absolutely second to none. Stephen then kept us up to speed with weekly updates up until completion. This was a very noticeable improvement on a property we were selling with another company who never made the effort to update, and had to be constantly chased. I will be using Charters again.

We bought a house that was marketed by Charters Southampton. Simon our estate agent was helpful and good at facilitating communication with the owner, particularly during the negotiation phase. Once an offer is accepted, Charters assign a sales progressor to the case. This is very useful because they take an overall view of the chain and try and help keep things coordinated. This dedicated job role is a benefit and doubtless contributed to our transaction completing successfully!
