GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Ella from Charters Southampton while looking for a new place to rent, and I can say without hesitation that she made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Ella was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to my needs and preferences, and quickly identified a range of properties that would be a good match for me. GoogleVery bad experience for us because yesterday we had viewing for one property. After we viewed that property we liked that and also informed to agent who came there. He said they will send form to fill the details and those forms will send to landlord. But I didn't received any form until yesterday evening. Then I called to an agency they said landlord has someone who offered more rent. We also offered more rent. One of the agent said they will check with landlord and get back to me today morning. Since I have not received any update I called to the agency today morning. Now they are saying like that property is no longer available. What is this? you guys are wasting our time. If that property already agreed you could not have arranged viewing. We came there from Bristol viewing. Very bad experience for us.

Please be assured, all offers were put forward to the landlord and they were able to make an informed decision on which prospective tenants they proceeded with.
