This is my first dealing with Charters - they have been nothing short of excellent from start to finish - I really like the way they deliver honest feedback which is essential to both the buyer and seller of a property and removes the ambiguity that surrounds other estate agents - If I could describe them, they would be efficient, warm and flexible I would like to give a special mention to Phil, who after speaking to multiple estate agents, immediately made my wife and I feel welcome and once we had met him, could not consider going with anyone else - top guy

Carolyn has been really helpful in my 1 bedroom flat search. She was always updating me on new available flats that would suit me and had all the information required about each of the flat. It is always reassuring to have someone from an estate agency like Carolyn which is kind and available to help you on your quest, espacially when you feel stressed about finding a new home. She really understood what I was looking for. Carolyn did an amazing job. Thank you very much. Clare-Louise has been looking after my flats for over 5 years and in that time Clare and her team have been a pleasure to work with. Simon and the rest of the sales team at Charters have been brilliant! Simon is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. We relocated to Southampton from far away. I had to travel a couple hours for the house viewing. After a couple viewings on the 1st visit, he fully understood what we were looking for and the recommendations were good fit. The communication during price negotiation was prompt with honest feedback, which helped to conclude the deal swiftly. Simon knows the area really well. Very poor overall service. We moved into a filthy property with unpaid bills from the previous tenant. Chaters were incredibly slow to deal with any of the issues. At the end of the tenancy, they dishonestly attempted to keep part of our deposit.
