I was looking for a move from London to Southampton and wanted to rent. I contacted Charters who booked me a couple of viewings with Lewis. He was very professional but very approachable. He contacted me when he said he would and was on the ball with regard to sorting out the legalities. The company itself seems very organised, providing an advisor for your queries, sorting references quickly and ensuring as smooth a move as possible All in all a very positive experience with this company who I would highly recommend
