GoogleAvoid if you can and only do business with them if you have no other choice and after speaking to a professional advisor. Be cautious with how they represent you to sellers and request everything in writing from them. Their staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They act in an unethical manner. I feel truly sorry for those that are selling through these guys, they are being shafted out of potentially thousands of pounds.

GoogleI have read so many reviews on here & look forward to the response giving excuses or saying they don't have my record so it must be a mistake... Charles Carr put my mother's property for sale without her signing anything, then refused to remove it unless she paid a withdrawal fee!! As things stand the property is STILL on the websites despite several requests from us to take it off!!

GoogleWe bought our first home through Charles Carr. Jade has really helped with finding our perfect home, she helped save money on our mortgage and advised us on who’s best to use.
