My viewing appointment was rescheduled twice without proper notice, and my follow-up email was completely ignored. This lack of communication and disregard for clients’ time felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

GoogleWe rent our property from Chancellors. I would never recommend them to anyone. We have been waiting for them to fix our toilets for months now. They won’t contact me for progress unless I contact them. Renting from Chancellors has become an absolute nightmare. We have needed a few things fixed in our property but it takes weeks/months for someone to even come and have a look. Then another weeks/months for someone to come and fix it. I’d go elsewhere if you’re looking to rent. Very bad customer service.
