GoogleKatie of Chancellors was terrific in trying to find me a flat to rent in Henley. She was assiduous on my behalf, courteous, and very professional, getting answers for all my questions. She was understanding when I had to cancel an appointment at the 59th minute of the 11th hour. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

We were renting a property from chancellors that we then purchased. Over a month post purchase they still haven’t paid us back our deposit - they don’t answer us when we chase and still can’t give us a timeline even though the payment was agreed over a month ago.

GoogleSam and Katie were absolutely brilliant and professional throughout. They really made the whole process from first meeting to getting tenants in easy, pain free and even enjoyable! We could not fault them, their communication was brilliant even when ours was sub par!! We would highly recommend letting with both agents. Again, thank you very much.

GoogleSam is super helpful and knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to help through the process. I find the whole moving properties a mine field and very stressful but Sam was amazing in getting everything sorted. GoogleI have used this branch before and I found Sam extremely professional, helpful and cheerful . Having used them again this week his colleague Katie was again, 100% professional, cheerful, did what she said she would do, by keeping me informed through out the viewing process, via phone and email. Highly recommend them.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help. He will be appreciated always and I thank him for his service and this includes Courtney Kennedy in the after sales office, who has been a tremendous help too. I thank the entire Chancellors office for their help and support. With kindest and respected regards.

As a tenant, I’ve really noticed the difference since Libby became the property manager in October. She keeps me updated, responds quickly, and makes sure any issues are resolved without unnecessary delays. Her professionalism and consistency make the whole renting experience far less stressful.
