GoogleWe have had a very positive experience with Chancellors estate agents. We needed to relocate short notice following completion of our house sale and relocating to a new area for work. From initial enquiries with Sam Hinton, he was fantastic at recommending a property that met our requirements perfectly whilst also enabling our quick turnaround. Sam was exceptionally efficient and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service which was personal and professional, and also dedicated which enabled our move to happen quickly. I would also like to thank Maram in the head office for her help in ensuring the property was ready for us to move into. Thank you very much to Chancellors, we would definitely recommend!

The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

Over the last six months, we have come to know some of the lovely and professional people you could wish to meet, Ellie-Mae Silvey being one of them.
