I have had a great experience at buying me new first home

I have had a great experience dealing with Chancellors, Aysha and her team, were always quick in returning any information that I requested about the property that I was buying and kept me in loop if there were any delays involving with the vendors. Once offer had been accepted they were on the ball and making it as smooth as smooth as possible between myself and all parties involved. Looking for a quick turnaround on a rental property, thankfully I came across Katie and her colleague, Sam. From the first call, Katie was professional and guided me through the process making it all the easier. The viewing was arranged promptly, further options were provided. Landlord's perspective - terrible

From a landlord perspective, absolutely terrible. They picked contractors to do work which went wrong (plumbing leaks damaging my property). I replaced a shower and then a year later they told me it needed replacing again (no pushback to the contractor on my behalf). After a tenancy they started showing people round and only weeks later and having been advised to lower the rent did I discover the property had been left in a terrible state (they should have advised my after the first viewing). They also advised a tenant to change the locks (without informing me!) so at the end of the tenancy when I returned arriving late I couldn't enter and had to sleep in the car.

I contacted Chancellors to let my property. I had an immediate response from Sam Hinton who came to view my place . I live overseas so for me time was the essence. I was extremely impressed by Sams enthusiastic and warm personality and professionalism and extensive knowledge of the market. I had another agency for the last 9 years but I had no hesitation in switching to Chancellors due to the confidence I felt that they will be able to find me a suitable tenant. Sam kept me informed if all viewings and offers and we got a tenant on the exact date I wanted . Excellent communication really was the key . Thanks to Sam I have now got wonderful tenants , for the rent that was suggested would be achievable and the whole process has been incredibly efficient and smooth.
