GoogleWe purchased a property through P&C Grantham. From the onset we felt that we were given as much attention as their vendor’s clearly were. Calls were always answered in a timely and informative manner and nothing was too much trouble, including the numerous viewings we requested. Despite some difficulties towards the end of our purchase, Beth and the team went out on lim in an attempt to get them rectified! We never felt as we were ‘just the purchasers’ and our satisfaction was a genuine and important part of the, sale and purchase, to everyone at the P&C office in Grantham.If we were to re-sell we would deff appoint them to sell our property! Thank you all!

GoogleA fantastic experience with selling my first property. My initial contact was with Luke. He put me at ease and answered all of my questions. My property was sold within days of being on the market with multiple offers being put down. I believe that was down to the valuation being accurate and Luke doing such a great job of conducting the viewings. Once I had accepted an offer, Adam was fantastic and was always a friendly and reassuring voice answering my questions and queries. If he couldn’t give me an answer immediately then he would get back to me promptly. As my sale progressed, Beth was amazing! She supported me through some frustrating times and was always available to offer me advice and guidance. We were that pleased with the service provided by Pygott & Crone, we are actually selling another property and buying our next through them too. Thank you again.

I viewed a house via Pygott and Crone that looked good on the brochure, but looked terrible in reality. I know estate agents enhance photos but to photo shop them is not right. The front bedroom window looked good on the photo, just a little too white on the left hand side. It was actually rotten. The shower cubicle also looked good, but that too was full of mold.

Contacted Pygot Crone Holbeach to arrange a viewing of a property we were interested in. Told someone would call back. No call back. Called again and again told someone needs to call back. Again no call back. Called again and was told the property was not on the market the owners were ill and taken off the market. Checked a week later and still on their website and on Rightmove. Called and was told the property was sold. A few days later when my partner called was told the owners were poorly and had been taken off the market for a few months. Also sent 2 emails enquiring about this and another property no response. Terrible service and appear to tell lies or make things up. Shame as we are cash buyers I wonder if the vendors of properties with them realise why they aren't selling

Mark the mortgage advisor was brilliant and very helpful and he made the whole process as easy as possible . Demi, Alisha and Thomas were amazing with keeping us updated with the progress and chasing the solicitors for information. Overall I don’t think they could have provided a better service

Purchase needed a swift turn around- viewed property and had an offer negotiated with vendor to include a chain break within 4-6 weeks. Progress kept on track and were ready to exchange in week 4. Agreed to buy on 29th April and moving 13th June. Thank you for the excellent service pre and post sale.

The staff I worked with are extremely polite , everybody was really professional & they were always happy to help me with any questions I had when it came to getting my 1st property. I recommend anybody who is buying a home etc to work with this firm because they are really good. This isn't my last time working with them here , I will be back for more in the future. If you want your house sold, receive regular updates, receive key facts from the outset, have an agent that promotes your home by attending views, then DO NOT USE THESE ESTSTE AGENTS. 1. Promised regular updates however, we only received updates when we chased them. 2. Key facts not given at outset i,e you pay for photos but only in the small print do you find out you cannot use the photos if you change agents. 3. apparently we have nearly 60 potential buyers matched We had 3 views, so what happened to the rest? ratio shows lack of promotion or is this figure pure speculation? 4. On the market since November 24 not guidance on how to improve chances of sale etc . 5 total lack of confidence in them I will be taking this matter further but AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !

GoogleFantastic service from Beth. I have to say I wasn't massively impressed with the solicitors, stonebow law, which is their preferred solicitor, but I cannot thank Beth enough. I was putting pressure on Beth at the start of the transaction, but after quickly realising that Beth was doing her job and giving 200% and realising that it was actually the estate agent across the road that wasn't doing theirs, an apology was issued. First class service and one I'll be using again.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleSelling our house during a national lockdown was always going to be stressful, however, the team at Grantham's Pygott and Crone made it as easy as possible. They helped negotiate us the best price possible and ensured that we were getting the best buyer for our home. GoogleMe and my partner were looking into buying our first home. We went with pygott and crone for every step of our journey, we couldn't be more thankful for the staff. Property viewings were brilliant let us view property twice before deciding to put and offer in. They didn't hoover over us whilst viewing the property which is lovely. Any questions they had answers to were answered and anything they didn't know they found out the answer and told us. We used their mortgage advisor as well, who is fabulous, he sat and explained everything to us and we didn't feel judge one but for not knowing information. Once offer was accepted and process started more forward with the property, we were kept in the loop as much as they were, they informed us of every step and took the time to explain everything to us. We are extremely grateful for the staff involved with our property and they were extremely helpful at every step. Brilliant estate agents, if we needed to we'd use them again. Thank you!!
