We sold our house in April, which was very very easy with Jane,but unfortunately that is where the good news stopped. Taylor’s forced us to have a mortgage evaluation with their in house mortgage advisor, even though we had an AIP from another lender. They sold us a house which they said could complete in a quick turnaround - in the 10 weeks following that the only response we had was “your onward is actively looking”. We pulled out and purchased with another estate agent, things turned sour. Multiple chases on emails, not answering the phone, and then to top it off, on completion, we were chased all day to release the keys when their own buy to let buyer didn’t release the funds until late in the day. Not a good experience at all.
