GoogleWe bought a property through Falklands. Our main contact was Richard. He is a gentleman and a very good businessman who can understand the customer, and his needs. Also his ability to tolerate nuisance customer like me is one of a great skillfulness. Also to his response time and the manner are fabulous. We were hunting for a suitable property for months and dealt with several estate agents in the area. Folklands and Richard exceptional to us when compared. If someone need guidance and help to find a suitable property, I have no hesitation in recommending them as end of the day you get marvels result. Overall, very professional.

GoogleI rented through Folklands and the entire process was seamless. I couldn’t fault them. My viewing was with the director, Richard and he wasn’t a typical pushy agent but was well-informed and a pleasure. Very calming nature. The application process was progressed by Richard and Marco, who was also a delight. Very responsive and attentive throughout. I am a property manager and quite pedantic, so I really wasn’t looking forward to the process, but they genuinely made it as easy as possible. GoogleOverall positive but stressful. The stress was not from the estate agent but from my solicitor and the fact that the buyer does not speak good English. I don't think I can be an estate agent. Definitely need a patience of a saint. I can be quite difficult and inpatient at times but Richard treated me with patience, politeness and professionalism (from start until completion).
