GoogleI would 100% recommend using Folklands. Richard and David are highly professional, honest and put their clients at the heart of everything that they do. There was a limited audience for our house and this was compounded by a sluggish London market. However, Folklands ensured the right people came to view our home and after just 3 weeks on the market we had sold our property (STC). We've now completed. Do not be swayed by the big estate agencies, they cannot compare.

GoogleI sold my flat and bought a house with Folklands, so experienced their service from both sides. Richard was organised, informative, helpful, honest, fair and professional from beginning to end. Having moved 4 times in the last 3 years around London, and having been a landlord for 3 years, I can say that Folklands' quality of service and value for money is head and shoulders above the competition. This is of course helped by the fact that the quality of estate agent in London is absolutely abysmal! But that doesn't change the fact that Folklands have done an excellent job for us from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleFolklands are just the best example of all the benefits of going with a local independent estate agent. Everyone there is thoroughly professional and well-organised. I sold my flat in Croydon through them and given the various historical issues this was not straightforward. A stressful process was superbly managed by Richard, Paul and Sophie meaning that not only did the sale go through (at the asking price), but that I retained what little is left of the hair on my shiny head. If you want a trustworthy estate agent, who are genuinely able to build professional working relationships with buyers, sellers and solicitors, who know the Croydon area superbly and will communicate with you clearly and honestly every step of the way, then it has to be Folklands!

GoogleWe just completed our sale about four hours ago. I’m very happy we went with Folklands because at the outset they did something many estate agents are afraid to: they challenged how much we thought our home was worth. Usually, agents try to give you lovely figures that are high and get you to have unrealistic expectations. Folklands calmly but firmly gave us the number they would expect we could reliably receive on the market, and in hindsight they were right. We got enough offers early on (but not so many as to feel we had undervalued the flat), and the team were great at communicating with us. Highly recommend.

GoogleMy husband and I recently purchased a house advertised by Folklands. Paul Harris showed us around and was incredibly helpful and transparent from the start. He and Sophie guided us throughout the whole process and were very responsive / proactive in progressing the deal in a short timeframe (no unexpected delays and surprises!). That took the pressure and stress away as we knew that we had reliable agents to contact with any question. We would definitely recommend them as they get the deal done!

Between our families we used Folklands to sell 4 houses , and I do believe that we got the best prices for each one , some actually more , and that’s all done to their hard work , dedication and loyalty. On numerous occasions Richard has put my mind at rest with his extensive knowledge and calm approach, and it was nice to know that I could phone him anytime and he always had time to talk and explain anything I wasn’t sure about . So if your thinking of selling your property in the Croydon area , do yourself a favour and choose these guys , they won’t let you down .
