Dear Daniel, we have searched our database and emails and cannot find any record of working with you, in any capacity. Perhaps this review has been made by mistake? I have noticed that at the same time your account made this review you seem to have made 10-20 other reviews on Google. We work extremely hard to provide our clients with the very best level of service, so it is disappointing to receive this review, especially given that we do not seem to have had any interactions with you. If this has been submitted by mistake can I kindly ask you to remove it? If however you have had an interaction with us that wasn't to your satisfaction, can I ask you to call me personally to discuss it. Richard Marsh - 02086860002

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
