GoogleWe would highly recommend Folklands Estate Agents. Paul Harris helped us to sell my late mum's house. He always kept us fully informed and went above and beyond. By the end of the sale he felt like a friend and always made us feel like he had time for us. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else. If we ever sell our house we would definitely contact Folklands again. We had a few difficult and emotional situations that couldn't be avoided but Paul always made us feel supported and put us at ease with his experience and caring ways.

GoogleMy husband I bought our first property in South Croydon this week. The entire process took almost 6 months. These six months went by so easily just because of the Folklands team. Paul and Sophie specifically were very responsive, pleasant and efficient in ensuring all communications happen in time, effectively and respectfully. They always provided extra information so that we make informed judgements. They ensure that the communication between both parties (ours and sellers) remain robust and clear. I still remember the first time we came to visit the property, Paul had 5 to 6 pages long detailed hand-written notes in order to respond to our queries. We observed the same with Sophie in subsequent visits. Definitely showcase their determination and commitment to their work. We already know whom to go if anytime we purchase to buy another property or decide to sell this one!

GoogleThe Folklands team of Richard, Paul, Sophie and Jeannie have been absolutely first class in every respect throughout the sale of our flat. They were especially professional when the first buyer pulled out of the transaction on the day before contracts were to be exchanged which wasted a lot of time and expense for all of us. However, they put the flat back on the market, generated more interest and the sale has now completed. Excellent communication and service throughout. A pity I can't award more than 5 stars!

GoogleWe have been renting for a number of years and dealt with a few management agencies, however Folklands have been amazing and have gone above and beyond to deal with any issues or queries we have had. The team have a positive/friendly attitude and are very quick to respond and find resolutions. For the current rental market the prices are also more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend Folklands for anyone looking to rent or buy.

GoogleBrilliant and experienced local estate agent. My flat was initially listed by Purplebricks and they made a real mess of it. 10 months on, and not sold. I was then recommended to Folklands, and I got an offer on the very first viewing done by Sophie. Richard and Paul are amazing - provided extensive help throughout the selling process, and kept me updated at every stages. I remember we hit a brick wall at the last stage when our solicitor couldn't find the contact details of our freeholder - but Richard managed to get the details by reverse engineering several contacts via Companies house - that's something beyond expectation. Simply put - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleCouldn’t be more happy with choosing Folklands to sell our property. Richard, one of the 2 directors, was our main contact and he is so knowledgable and very honest. No question I asked was ever too much trouble- and there were a lot of questions throughout the couple of months that it took from our first meeting to completion day! I always had really quick responses and never had to wait for long at all to get a call back if he wasn’t in the office at a certain time. Completely the opposite of the not so positive stereotype that estate agents seem to have these days. Everyone at Folklands who we had communication with were also lovely and helpful. An easy 5 star review. Highly recommended ⭐️

GoogleFinally an estate agent you can trust. We met Richard upon his first visit to the property we were selling back in 2020. He highlighted what potential buyers would like about the property and gave useful constructive feedback on how to make it more appealing, unlike the other 3 estate agent we saw who simply walked around stating how 'nice' it was. We took the time to discuss the local market and was personable in a way a lot of estate agents are not. I invited 5 agents to value my flat, and Richard spent the most time viewing the property, explaining the selling process, and giving an in depth insight into the current market conditions. The pricing was also very competitive. Folklands achieved an offer of the full asking price within 1 month, and the sale was completed within 3 months.
