We recently completed our flat sale through Folklands and really cannot recommend them highly enough. Our experience with them has been exceptional right from the first interaction. We hit a number of unforeseen issues and delays which unfortunately dragged our sale out over two painful years, but every step of the way Richard and his team have gone above and beyond to navigate us through with endless patience and constructive advice, and made every stressful situation much easier to bear. Throughout the whole process they have been extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and persistent on our behalf when needed. Absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling in Croydon.

Richard and his team at Folklands were absolutely brilliant. My property sale ran into several problems, all of which Richard personally helped to solve. He was always proactive and on hand with excellent advice, even going the extra mile to use his contacts for second opinions. This was the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent. Richard and Sophie were the agents I dealt with directly. They were a link between the seller and I which meant that I could ask questions which I wouldn't expect the solicitor to answer, (eg: sky installation) and discuss which furnishings she was going to leave. Have enjoyed the attitude and approach of Richard and the team with some rentals. They have also found a buyer and helped sell a 2 bed flat recently. Chasing solicitors is key, so we found they were good at that and in these times, making sure the transaction did not fail, was crucial. I’m a buyer from Folklands. During the searching process, Richard stood out from rest of the agents as all the required EPC, EICR, EWS 1 forms were all provided during the initial viewing process without having to go back and forth before I could make the decision to make an offer. Moving on, Richard was clear stated the required documents in order to make an official offer and agree on a price. Richard was able to follow up with the sellers solicitor with any issue that was taking time; helping to move the process along. With any issues, Richard was able to mediate and come to an amicable solution quickly. Without him, the sale would have fallen through.
