GoogleWe would just like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Dom & the team for their amazing support through selling our house as it was quite the roller coaster in these mad time. Great communication and push things forward and finally got us over the finish line. Also Mahaela was very proactive when our mortage offer expired and sorted us out very quickly :)

GoogleOur 1st experience letting a property as landlords. Ellie and Adam from lettings have been absolutely amazing, they explained everything, gave pointers and have been genuinely been superstars throughout. Both are a credit to Connells!

GoogleWhat can I say? They're estate agents, and unsurprisingly they are as slippery and generally a bit incompetent as most estate agents are. As tenants we reported a few issues during tenancy - no responses. No communication when it comes to time to move out, they did nothing proactively, just relied on our input to prompt them to do their job. On moving out we have had no information getting our deposit back. have left the flat in good shape, and best part of 3 months later they haven't given us any information of any kind as to why they are not returning our deposit and have been no help being a line of communication between us and the landlords. What do they actually do to earn their money? who knows. Wouldn't trust them either as a tenant or a landlord as they don't seem to be professional or competent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe just wanted to say a few words to say thank you for the service we recently received from Connells. Being first time buyers & complete novices at the home buying process, it can be a very daunting task. But from day one, we felt we were in very good hands. Daniel did a fantastic job of showing us the house & guiding us through the offers process. He was extremely professional & friendly. And the service we received from Sam our mortgage broker was absolutely invaluable. She was always on hand to answer our questions (of which there were many!) & took extra care to make sure we understood the process at every stage. Her warm & informal style of doing things really put us at ease. I can't imagine anyone who could do a better job & honestly can not praise her enough. Our mortgage application was far from the average, a bit of a unique one, but Sam made it easy as pie. & the service doesn't stop when you get the keys. We are delighted to be members of the 'Connells Club' which grants continued support & advice on re-mortgage options etc. I would recommend Connells (& I will be) to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A fantastic team who really know their stuff. Highly professional yet relaxed which make for a stress free experience - it's the perfect blend. GoogleAsked to bookna viewing of a flat. Within 20 minutes no sorry we had a bid it is sold. 2 weeks later after I have brought another flat it's still up for sale. Advise sellers to find another estate agents, one that actually wants to sell the place maybe. Very stuck up and quite frankly weird people I dealt with, luckily sorted now. GoogleWould absolutely recommend Connells. Dominic was great at keeping us informed and keeping onto solicitors for both buyer and seller. Always happy to give and update on the phone or via email. Staff are polite and happy to help. We did not have a smooth sale through no fault of Connells but they were integral to keeping the process going.
