The viewing agent recommended their Mortgage Advisor Charlotte and were so glad we made the decision to use her. She’s so knowledgeable in her field and worked tirelessly to secure us the best deal, given current rates we were worried that we would be making huge repayments but Charlottes expertise meant we needn’t have worried, she kept us in the loop on progress and sent any paperwork immediately. GoogleSmart Homes is a fabulous Estate Agent situated in the heart of Solihull. We sold our property through them and found the team to be very professional and thorough with their work. The team we worked with were amazing, very friendly and patient with the endless questions that were thrown at them.
