GoogleSmart homes unfortunately have come up very short on our expected level of service and professionalism. They are very quick to get the property to market but after that it all falls apart. From personal data breach, to rude staff; we found the process unnecessarily difficult. The sales progression team would call us up and sometimes forget to find details of the lower chain and then realising things had changed on the phone. Sometimes I felt like I was having to tell them how to do their job. This isn’t something that a so called “market leader” should be conducting themselves... very very disappointedNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotDamp and mould not treated
I was shocked to find my daughter living in a damp mouldy property, she’s vulnerable with health problems and there has been no help or support to fix the problems. How can you justify renting a property in that condition? Taking people’s money while the property rots , disgusting.
