GoogleRude estate agents and very pushy. Kept demanding loads of paperwork and once provided we were told the offer wasn't accepted. Once they learned that we may not consider putting in a second offer the call was quickly ended. Won't be trusting them with the sale of my other house in the future.

We will always require documents supporting your offer to ensure we are compliant and that we are putting your offer forward in the best possible light. I have also reviewed the notes and emails relating to the negociations you have had with the office . My understanding that your offer was £200,000 below the asking price . Whilst I understand you feel that this is the figure you fealt the property was worth unfortunately The vendor on this occasion is expecting considerably closer to the asking price . In closing I have also reviewed the email sent to you on the 10th of November which thanked you for your offer explaining the vendor understands the reason for your offer and also explains what the clients expectation is, on this email was also attached properties that didn’t require work for your consideration. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to increase your offer somewhere closer to the vendors expectations . Jamie Smart

GoogleWe sold and brought a property with Smart Homes. Every member of staff has been nothing but professional with us from Josh who did the initial valuation, Trevor who did some of the viewings, Louise Lane who rang us with weekly updates when we were on the market and the amazing Helen who looked after us from the Sales progression team ( she is fantastic at her job). I would not hesitate to use them again.

Google100 % 4 customer service WHAT A JOKE. You need to chase them up. You need to remove that off your phones. I will pass this outfit by in future, will not waste any of my business time on them again. So glad I am not selling a property with them, they certainly do not pass offers quickly onto the Vendors, thus resulting in properties on the markets much longer than needed @ an advantage to the company not the customer, I guess. I have dealt with quite a few estate agents. I would not question the experience maybe trying to challenge the industry and be a trend setter in procedure and process “don’t question the customers’ ability @ the first stage" it maybe the downfall of your business. well it’s a personal viewpoint, but forewarned is forearmed.

GoogleEarly last year we sold our first home with Smart Homes and also bought our forever home. We were so impressed with the experience and communication throughout the whole process, we were never left in the dark and they sold our home within hours of it being on the market! GoogleI have tried to get a viewing for a couple of let properties with Smart homes but after phone calls and emails I haven't managed to view a single house with them so far.Other estate agents at least have had the courtesy of getting back to me and have really tried to fit me in for viewings. Smart homes has just ignored me as a potential client.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

FacebookThe most complicated of moves within a chain that took 7 months. Our first buyer dropped out after 5 months, the whole team at smart homes all pitched in and together found us another buyer within the week, who was a better match for us and turned the whole thing around in two months. Throughout, the team worked tirelessly to keep the chain together. Particular credit goes to Jackie and Irene along with Helen as well when things were particularly tough. We kept our home we wanted and the people we bought from still kept theirs. Without smart homes this would not have been possible and last week we moved into the home we had wanted for so long and with our children, are settling in well. Big thank you Smart Homes! You showed your worth and we are so grateful 😁 !!!
