Everyone seemed like they genuinely wanted to help push the sale through and when asked to chase and report back, I would always receive a call back. Smart homes have forced me and my poor two kids to live in a mould and damp house for 3 years now. They kept fobbing me off telling me it was tenant lifestyle. Since then its come to light with 3 damp surveyors reports that there's clearcut evidence of rising and penetrating damp in the property. And yet they have done nothing to address the issue. My child's health got severely affected by the mould and damp. Now smart homes is evicting me and my family in the middle of a pandemic. This is their customer services If i could post photos of the current state of the property i would!!! You guys are shambles!!! Low moral in valuing human life

We decided to go with Smart Homes as when they completed the visit to my property they were very professional in there approach and also in this uncertainty they applied all the rules that needed to be applied at the time. Smart Homes took over the sale of our property after a bad experience with another agent. The team kept us well informed and completed all viewings with care and honesty. Louise Lane completed the on boarding process and took the improved photographs of our property. Nicola dealt with lots of calls and bookings for us and also supported us with a specific query.
