Responsiveness, Value1 Star is far more than this unprofessional and untrustworthy company ever deserve.Avoid at all costs, it will truly make your life a misery.They do not follow the correct procedures as stated on their website in accordance with the Property ombudsman.The information they provide alongside "professional" guidance is frankly as much use as a chocolate fireguard.I will never use again, and would not wish their service on my worst enemy

I have had a number of conversations over the last couple of weeks with Lauren and she has always been professional, polite and helpful with her service, I am of course very grateful. I had the privelage of meeting Olly the Lettings Manager on Monday his knowledge, openness, understanding & overall professionalism was very impressive. My first impressions of this young man are extremely high and I have no doubts working with him going forward will help to accelerate my property journey in a positive way.

GoogleI had spoken to Rosie at the viewing and honestly i have found her very genuine and easy to talk to. She is really polite and she took an interest in my journey of finding a property and understood how difficult it has been as a first time buyer. Rosie saw i was keen on the property and was helpful and answered all my queries. She has communicated with me every step of the way. As you can imagine anything related to a property is very stressful but I feel at ease knowing that i can drop her a call or an email and she will respond right away with the same enthusiasm. After being hounded to see one of there mortgage consultants when we said no to them valueing our house due to have 3 people already and having it on the market, never getting back to us for viewings, numerous calls from different branches for for all the above, to then getting a call asking if I have any properties to rent out and then asking if I had any coming up, honestly this company cannot organise themselves and are clearly the worst of the worst people

GoogleI can only say what a fabulous and outstanding service from Cameron and the whole team. I have used other agent's with no success but with Shipways under a month they sold two House's. As I live in Spain it was very hard with other agents due to viewings and not being there family were doing alot of running around, but with Shipways handed over keys kept me updated on everything sorted out viewings completely hassle free. Cannot recommend enough I believe a fine example of you get what you pay for very professional.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I was very nervous at getting onto the property ladder as I heard it was a very long scary process. Once I went to shipways Shirley I knew I was in safe hands with Rosie. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed my whole buying experience was just so smooth. Honestly the most down to earth, kind, understanding sales negotiator I have come across. She was there to explain all the bits I didn't have a clue about, through to telling me not to give up when I thought things were getting difficult and also chasing up my solicitor as well as the sellers solicitors. Couldn't thank the beautiful woman enough! GoogleI was dealing with Lauren and Oli. They were helping to let a one bedroom flat. Most of the time had timely response and when ever I called they were very quick to respond. They found a client with in few hours of putting the property on market. Would recommend them.
