Estate agents that don’t care

I enquired about a flat for sale and arranged a viewing. As I would be travelling a distance the first question I asked was regarding pets. The agent said that he would get back to me . Two days later on the afternoon after 4pm I received notification of the forthcoming appointment which was confirmed. I hastily then booked a train ticket only having travelled around 4 hours just pulling up before the train station the agents called to say that pets weren’t allowed. I registered a complaint and am still awaiting a response. The cost of my train ticket was over £100.

We had a fantastic experience selling our home with DM & Co. in Solihull earlier this year. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and helpful. We initially contacted Dom through Instagram, and he promptly connected us with the perfect team for our needs. Evie, our dedicated agent, expertly guided us through the entire selling process. She managed everything from viewings to the final exchange and completion. Evie even went above and beyond by helping us resolve an issue with reclaiming rent from a previous tenant. She put us in touch with DM & Co.'s leasing team who were able to assist us. Overall, DM & Co. were highly professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a property in Solihull.

I would recommend D M & co to anyone looking to sell their house. We instructed the DM & Co team due to not being happy with our original estate agent... the best decision! Would not recommend this estate agents to anyone, they're unprofessional, Some of the staff are quite rude. Not proactive, they take agesss to reply to whatsapp messages which resulted in losing viewers. They also lied- told me the photographer was on the way 3 times (i chased as he didn't turn up) to which the branch manager turned up 30/40mins later.

We recently sold our current home and purchased our new one through DM & Co. From the moment Peter came to carry out the evaluation we knew they were the right choice for us. Peter gave us an honest and fair evaluation, and there was no huge sales pitch or hard sale (a huge plus for us) unlike their other competitors. Over the course of time we spoke to many members of the team, Alex, Evie and Victoria to name a few, everyone of them were always happy to help, if we were promised a call back, it always happened, nothing was ever too much trouble. However, Ann has to have a special mention for us, as she assisted on both the sale and purchase, and she worked tirelessly to get everything completed in a timely manner. The purchase of our new property wasn't without its issues, but Ann never let us lose hope that it would happen. She couldn't do enough for us, and went above and beyond, always being one step ahead. We can't thank her enough, she was amazing, always friendly but still maintaining a level of professionalism. Thank you DM & Co. we can't recommend you enough, and if we ever do decide to move again, we know where we'll be coming.

Appalling customer service from the…

Appalling customer service from the stoke office and I'm not even one of their tenants, had the misfortune to be involved with a leak from one of their tenants, it took over 6 months to get to the repair stage which when done was really poor workmanship so I'm having to do it myself, the staff are unhelpful and don't care so if they treat third party tenants like that it must be really bad for their own tenants.

Ignorant and unprofessional Estate…

Ignorant and unprofessional Estate Agents! I contacted them three times to view a property. I ended up knocking on the Venders door and viewing on the spot. I offered nearly full asking price with a full cash, nothing to sell offer and they said they'd come back to me after the bank holiday, it's now been 6 days and I've not even had a refusal email or phone call! I would never view another property with this Estate Agent and would certainly never sell a property with them!

Dishonest and unprofessional

We drove over 250 miles to view a house listed for let @ £900. We said we like it and were happy to proceed, after all similar properties down south cost £1000 a month….We were absolutely shocked when they got back to us, offering us the house for £1000 because they knew we could afford it… we were aghast! I have never ever encountered such skullduggery and dishonesty…. Of course we declined… how can one deal with such a dishonest estate agent as these!
